Job Offer - Dispatcher and Administrative Assistant
Located in northeastern New Brunswick, the Chaleur region comprises approximately 36,000 residents distributed across three municipalities (Bathurst, Belle-Baie, and Belledune) and a rural district (Chaleur Rural District). Summary of Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Community Development and Transportation Services Director, the dispatcher and administrative assistant is responsible for greeting clients, handling calls, and processing transportation requests to ensure timely and quality service to its clientele. The incumbent of this position is also required to provide administrative support to various programs under the department's responsibility as well as to the executive management of the CRSC.
Required Skills
- Hold a college-level office technology diploma;
- Have at least two (2) years of experience in office administration;
- Have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
- Proficient in both of New Brunswick's official languages, spoken and written;
- Possess initiative and good judgment;
- Work independently.

Remuneration:
- $47,525 to $52,364 per year, depending on experience;
- Eligibility for a comprehensive benefits package.

Work Schedule:
- Thirty-five (35) hours per week, Monday to Friday
